Home Church:  Mulberry Tree Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Preside at all general meetings of the Association. Convene meetings of the association in an emergency session to meet any need that may arise. Appoint any/all committees, program committees, and special committees such as the Tyner Trust Fund, nominating committee, etc.

Home Church:  Tahlequah, First Indian Baptist Church

Responsibility: Preside and direct all general meetings in the absence of the Moderator, or when called upon.

Home Church:  New Greenleaf Baptist Church

Responsibility: Oversees all administrative duties which are common to any office setting including the duties of the secretary, treasurer, historian, and building & grounds coordinator. Services as Oklahoma Baptists (BGCO) contact.

Home Church:  Piney Creek Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Provides support and guidance to pastors & ministers of our association churches. 

Home Church:  Cedar Tree Baptist Church

Responsibility: Oversees all activities which will aid churches of the association in evangelism & missions including VBS clinics, training, missions offering promotion, and Family Camp.

Home Church:  Long Prairie Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Responsible for keeping official minutes of the association and executive board. Also keeps the association informed of important information and activities through the monthly publication of the newsletter. Keeps up general office duties of the association.

Home Church:  Twin Oaks Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Oversees the finances of the association by making deposits and dispersing payments through an approved budget by check or debit card. 

Home Church:  Johnson Prairie Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Keeps an overall record & photos of association activities & events. 

Home Church:  Cedar Tree Baptist Church

Responsibility:  Coordinates in the care & upkeep of association & assembly grounds buildings & property.
